Our POD had to be canceled because they wouldn't pick up for 15 days, even though we were told it would be available for same day pick up. We scrambled for 2-3 hours to find another option and the number of people who could help was lessening. We needed a drive up space with easy access. I was able to schedule a space for the next day with drive up access. They provided excellent customer service and clear information about costs and time frames. I truly appreciated the help they provided.
