Everybody and everything works great.

The managers take really good care of this place. There's no dirt, no pests, and everything is in good working order. I've had several units there over the years and always felt safe while on site. It's really the only place I recommend for short or long term storage.

It's only been two days but I'm very impressed so far. The storage facility is maintained by an onsite husband and wife management team who really look after the place. My new unit is clean and the roll-up door operates smoothly--two things I can't say for my last unit--and management has been responsive to requests. As an added bonus, this place will still wind up costing me $18 per month less than my last storage facility (run by a well-known chain) once the Spare Foot promotion ends. I am already recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Managers are very nice and professional. They live on site, so are available anytime. The facility hours are great. Would like to continue with this place, as long as needed.

TYPICAL STORAGE FACILITY, BUT WITH VERY HELPFUL STAFF

I got a really good deal on my unit for 6 months. There was a cart in my hallway to help move my stuff. Easy access. Nice entry hours 6 am - 9:00 pm!

This storage facility was the cleanest, most modern facility I've used before. The person helping us was a doll and we got everything done pretty quickly. The ability to have climate control in Arizona is so important, and was one of the reasons I made the decision to go with this facility. So far, so good. :)

Connie & the staff were patient and assured me there was no stress; just to get there when we got there and they would take care of us & they did!!! Pros: Nice facility, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff / owners, 24-hour access if needed (for a small fee), great weekly hours (free access). Cons: Long initial check-in / rental process, needed to sweep out my rental unit before moving my stuff inside (not terrible, but there was mouse poison strewn about), many fluorescent lights were dim, burnt out or missing inside the hallways of the non-air-conditioned storage unit building that my unit is within. My understanding is that this business is under new management and the new owners are working hard to bring it up to prime shape again. They are well on their way and the place looks good with a fresh coat of paint and other recent improvements. They owners are friendly and while my check-in process took a while it wasn't terrible and I had the time available. I was also able to disposition my 26' U-haul truck at the storage location (which is why I picked it, frankly) so that was decidedly convenient.

Had to move from mesa to glendale on 3/12. Was able to reserve a unit with ease at a pretty good discounted rate. The Staff was amazing. Husband and wife team who was so thorough I didn't have to ask a single question. I even pruchached a lock threw company, forgot the key at the house and had to inturupt their dinner so the lock could be cut. I felt like an idiot, but they both were so awesome and considerate of what I was going threw they assured me it was OK and dropped what they were doing to help. Thank you team at Mesa Secure Storage!!!! Been boasting about you since!!! A+++++++++++

I enjoyed the cleanness of it, and it was perfect size for a lot of stuff. Very clean and very secure. As they take a copy of all your stuff so no one can get in.

Very knowledgeable attendant rented me the storeroom to store my pickup, very helpful.

Great management, stayed open late to rent me a unit.

I have had some issue with having my bill pay account paying my monthly fees on time. I was in a time crunch to empty a house that was sold and with the issues I was having with my bank, the MSS staff allowed me to enter my unit even though my account was not current. Issus finally resolved itself but during the time I should have been suspended from access I was not for that I am thankful.
