Easy to get setup, clean, Holly knew everything about the business and was very pleasant to work with.

This was by far the easiest storage unit set up ever. Just went on line, made my choice, went to the building, signed a few forms on the ipad and moving my stuff in. No hassle, no fuss. The facility is clean and it is super close.

Pretty good at all, it's really annoying have to pay for insurance mandatorily and also for the locker though...

Their employee told me they had onsite off loading ramp before I signed and got 2 units ! Never would have stored at that location if that had been known before hand ! Moved from In to Az , found away but just caused massive problems and expense ! Trust is earned not given freely PS !!

So far I'm very satisfied. Staff are very knowledgeable and very. Friendly. Seems like I could stay awhile. I really do need later hours close at 9 pm most of my work business is after 7 pm until well after midnight. So other then that its all great. Talk later

Sandy Was The BESTTTTTT. She was very professional and took great care of me. The stoppage unit was a great size for everything in my two bedroom. Connie You rock you guys took great care of everything in a great timely manner.... Come too public storage they treat you well!!!!

Overall happy. I received a call today about a pro rated amount due in May. We opened our storage April 30th. The manager advised on phone today that May has 31 days so if we have unit still by May 29th we will owe pro rated amount of $10.13. This was Not advised to us at check in and I feel the prorated amount $10.13 is pretty steep for 1 extra day not to mention April 30th -May 30th is 30 days NOT April 30th to May 29th. Someone needs to learn their math. Good thing we will be out well before then.

Easy process of reserving online. Fast response to reservation and great follow up by Berenice. Once at the storage facility she was patient and detailed in explaining the paperwork and choosing the best unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend this facility. Sandy was fantastic. She made my girls and I feel like family and we talked military. The unit I got was nice bc it was taller than I expected which meant I could stack things if needed. Her and the other gal kept talking with my kids to help get them through the rental process and it was much appreciated.

The manager of the storage lot was very straightforward and polite. She was knowledgable and thorough , did not waste my time . It was a pleasure to deal with her .

Berenice and Sandi were the biggest of help! I was given the tour of my space and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and the honesty in receiving my space. The space was clean, dry and no problems at all in obtaining access to my space. The on site cart helped so much in moving my items into the storage unit in short time. We wanted to rent two 10x10 units near each other, and your rep, Brandy, was very helpful. I began online, but when I contacted her she could see that I was assigned two units not close to each other, so she fixed that. When I signed the contracts she was most pleasant and helpful and took all the time I needed to understand how it all worked.

I went into the Public Storage on Higley and McDowell in Mesa. The staff went above and beyond all my expectations. I looked around for space for rent RV and your prices were great security is wonderful and I don't have to worry about it. I would definitely recommend them

The staff was friendly, cheerful and informative. Very good at getting the paperwork done and answering all my questions. The space was ready as promised and easily accessible. My first experience with renting storage was a good one.
