Public Storage at 5910 E. McDowell Rd is fortunate to have Marina handling customers at the desk. She has a refreshing quality of listening carefully and working out the best solution for all concerned. This is my go to place for storage.

We were able to use either a code or our phone for entry which was awesome. When we got there no one was in the office, so I had some concerns, but I just read their messages and communications and it was so easy to get in and find our space. Would definitely recomend.

The customer service was great. They helped find a secure safe storage space for my home until it can be fixed.

Great to move to a new storage facility

Kyle was very helpful and called to followup on my reservation prior to move in. My only concern is RV parking spaces are extremely narrow. .

Nice facility, but is tight to moving in and out of storage site. Should consider this when designating site sizes.

We were looking for a place to store our new to us RV. A place that is close enough so we could get there quickly (under 20 minutes from where we live), secure (as to meet our safety & insurance needs), and that will not break the bank. We found it at Public Storage on McDowell Rd. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that we could reserve the space w/o a deposit, and complete the rental online, the first month is free and the remainder of the contracted space is reasonably price. The facilities are very clean and the manager is friendly, courteous and helpful.

The prices are the best in town, and the service was not comprised!

The site and storage unit was clean and very well maintained. Getting the storage unit was a very easy process and only took 15 minutes or so. The manager was polite friendly and extremely helpful. I received all I expected and more when dealing with the manager.

I made my reservation for a small supplemental temperature controlled storage unit at the same Public Storage facility i use. When i arrived (1) It was only a swamp cooled unit and (2) Even though Mesa temperatures had been over 100 F for over a week, it hadn't been turned on yet. I needed the unit immediately and had to go elsewhere, which is inconvenient. I understand that Covid-19 caused an impact to your operation, but the web page should have reflected that. In addition, "evaporative cooling" only drops the temp about 20 degrees, and then only if it's not humid. That should be on the web page ALL the time.

I really think you should be able to lock your price in a year. I thought AZ had a law about price gouging.

It is hard to find good customer service anymore especially with all the competition. The clientele was kind professional and thorough with helping me with every bit of information I need to know.

Online check in and service at the East McDowell location in Mesa AZ was excellent. RV space I rent is very narrow--I worry backing in and about rigs in neighboring spaces when they are moved.

Jeff, at the Public Storage in Mesa on McDowell, is amazing! Both staff members were super friendly and helpful. Made what could have been a very long, stressful situation very easy and pleasant. I would recommend this location to anyone, and recommend to speak to Jeff specifically!

Reserved a unit online at night, went into the office the following morning, and I had a unit, (which they let you inspect prior to renting), a lock and insurance, all within about 25-30 minutes. Staff is superfriendly, and very helpful. This is a very clean, secure spot, to store the extra stuff in your life. Thanks.

Bill was so amazing! He helped us with decided what best fit our needs for our current transition. He took his time and went over our options with us and clarified all the details so we understood the process. Marie was working the desk and she and I had a lovely conversation while the boys cinched down the details. Whoever owns this place hired some great people! Very professional and they treated us like family. Highly recommend!

Operating hours are convenient, and so is the location. Quick and easy access to my storage locker is important while maintaining security.

I have found the facility to always be clean (even during renovations) and the staff to always be helpful and friendly.

Everything was fantastic! The only 2-things I would say is to warn people it takes time to get setup and finished and the other thing is bring a flashlite because there is no lighting inside the units at night time
