We needed an extra large unit and we feel so lucky to have found CubeSmart in Peoria. Jeff made the process incredibly easy and I would highly recommend this place.

Being able to book online made it easy because I was bringing stuff from Minnesota to Arizona and in the middle of Albuquerque trying to find a storage unit

Found the entire process, from reserving online to finalizing in person, very smooth! Offered the best rates we could find in the entire NW valley, and a huge selection of unit sizes!

The complete online process of renting a unit at CubeSmart went so smoothly, I was able to move in the next day to a clean unit, and waiting for me in the unit was my welcome kit. Thank you for a friendly, easy, affordable rental unit with excellent service.

This Storage facility is pretty nice. I just wish they locked in your monthly rate and not change it!

I got there at closing & still rec'd a warm welcome from Ron. He stayed well past closing to get me into a unit. Ron is sharp & personable, He went above & beyond his duties to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service is outstanding. Employees like Ron play an integral role in companies such as this and should be recognized for it.

I was in my storage digging though looking for paperwork, and out of no where the owner I believe came to not only say hi but knew my name and gave me a cold bottle of water. I was in a grumpy mood but he made my day going out of his way to give me water and say hi like that.

Only complaint is that lights were blown out between the two buildings to my entrance into building C.

From the time I first called there was very good service, instructions and help to direct me to the storage unit. I like the preciseness and friendliness of the office personnel. The facility is neat and clean and seems secure.

I just moved my valuables (?) in. Everything is clean and they have carts handy to help you move stuff. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little far from my house, but the price was great and I shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to go there very often.

Paperwork and move-in went quickly and easily. I have a drive-up unit and can pull right up next to it to access my things. Everything is clean and well lit, even at night. They're open late, so I can move when it's not so hot. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice clean space with carts to move your boxes and the staff even offered us cold water. They have clean climate controlled spaces which are easy to access!

The staff was awesome...they were very helpful...efficient...friendly....the place itself was appealing and they had supplies on hand if you needed anything...it's a really good place...yes I would definately use this storage facility again.

I was told I had 24 hours to put a lock on my storage unit when I went back with my loss proximately 16 hours later there was still the facility's locked so I could not drop off my stuff nor could I take possession of my security unit when I showed up the next day to talk to the office staff about upgrading to a newer size and since I didn't take ownership ask them to waive the fees and just put me in the new storage unit the GM would not waive the fees would not work with me so I ended up canceling never took possession

There's a lot to like about this facility and the service, starting from the front desk and gate entry, to the driveways and units—it's nice, it's clean, it's very well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN THEY THOUGHT THERE WAS A FIRE IN OR NEAR MY STORAGE UNIT THEY CALLED ME BEFORE THEY CUT THE LOCK OFF, AND THAT IS THE ULIMATE RESPECT. I WOULD REOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE. MY MOM TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP

The GM was so nice. He showed me the units the week before I needed and he was just so friendly. The place is really clean and the security seems good.

First, the guy that was working at the facility was very nice, very personable, and seemed to treat the business as if it were his own. He was picking up any trash he saw on the property and he seemed to want to help me, as a customer. The property is nice and I believe I made the right choice in renting here.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. I have an indoor unit but have toured the entire area. Everything is very secure. There is even tools inside the building to help with your move!

I would suggest it to anyone who is looking at moving.

Eric (Sales rep. I talked to) lied to me that the office would help me out with the added cost due to the move-in truck not being ready for me to move.
