The manager was very helpful and friendly. She showed us where our space was and gave us a few helpful hints about the space and where to place things.

We shopped on line and decided to take a ride. Marlene was friendly, professional, courteous and extremely patient and helpful! Not to mention the cost is considerably lower than the competitors. We are very pleased with our decision to use CubeSmart while we are in the process of relocation.

I was looking for storage that was temperature-controlled, but also convenient to me. The property manager, Marlene, was extremely helpful and got me set up in short order, also making great suggestions as well! The facility is very clean and convenient to me. Nice job, Marlene!

Marlene, the property manager, was very courteous and professional. The pricing was incredibly fair. I moved my storage items from another facility because I was paying $180 for a 5x7 unit and now I am paying $67 dollars for the same size unit. I am a very satisfied customer.

I reserved my unit online. When I arrived, Tom was extremely helpful and nice throughout the whole process - even offered me a water. The facility is clean and air continued (indoor). They have an elevator for the second floor and carts that you can use to move your stuff into your unit. I really enjoyed my experience moving. Plus, I feel very safe leaving all of my household stuff in the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The price was the best I could find in my area. Customer service people were friendly and helpful. I was able to get into my storage unit quickly and with no problems. Surrounding neighborhood not the best so hopefully security is good.

We had to find a place in a pinch, weren't sure of size or help unloading. Tina helped wirh both, and explained everything very concisely.

most a/c is broken and owners live on premises and let dogs mess on hall way floors..

This place is a small and right off the main road. They have easy in and out access. The only thing wrong is the ad says 24 hour access and they dont but the manager is on site.

I looked around for the best price for storing my belongings and I was very stressed out with my sudden move. After meeting with Jim and Tina I felt more relieved. I know my belongings are in good hands. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Thank you so much for your help.

U haul rental reserved a 10' truck- arrived and no truck was available- had to rent large truck for more money
