Highly upset been days and can't move my stuff in I only had this weekend and they closed i have no lock already paid I am pissed

After researching prices for several different storage companies I thought this was the best deal. When I arrived at 3:00 on a Friday (closing time through the week is either 5 or 6:00 p.m.) there was no one on the property to help me get checked in, when doing check in over the phone with someone in Virginia (I'm in Arizona) I was told that I was required to buy $15.00 per month insurance for my unit, then I was told I could enter a code to the storage unit door and a lock would be present right inside the door (free) for securing the unit, this was not true. I had to wait for (about an hour) the on-site office person to arrive and tell me that there is no code or free lock and that I was required to purchase their lock which was $19.45 after tax.

Have you a storage unit in the past. That is always been friendly. The unit have always been a fair price. And enjoyed I just took always felt comfortable having my items there. I have used multiple storage lockers and they have any size that you should need.

I was able to have the selected storage on hold for a month! As a college student, I don't have much time in my day to day life to be calling every storage facility to see if they have availability. Additionally, I'm a pre-planner, I like to have things set and ready to go way ahead of time so I have less to worry about on move in day. Luckily, Suncrest mini storage not only had a deal where they have one month free just pay the required fees of admin and insurance but they were also able to hold it a month in advanced! They called a week before move in day just to let me know the storage facility has the size I picked ready for me if I still need it. Move in day comes and the front desk was so kind and helpful, He walked me to a few storages to let me pick, I had originally chosen an inside storage but I wanted to switch out outside (Easier access for my specific situation), I was shown the different sizes in case I wanted to switch or have more space. Once I made my pick it was an easy sign up, I made my own pin, that only I would know, I was given a lock and keys that I get to keep as a part of my insurance and that was it, I was ready to move in to the storage. Overall a good experience! I would definitely use this storage facility again! Thank you!
