Good secure facility and we were happy with the price. We think the air cooled unit will be fine for the length of time we need our stuff stored.

I found US Storage by mistake and am I glad I made that mistake! Clean, secure, and the staff is worth every cent , I know my property is safe and will be in the same condition as when I put it in storage with US Storage. Todd the Manager goes above and beyond to keep the facility the cleanest and safest in the Phx. area. All storage property's should use this one as their standard for excellence and the person that does it (Todd) should be cloned to train the others. GREAT JOB!

I'm new to using US storage. Upon my initial walk-in for the paper-work Todd assisted me through out the process and conducted the unit walk through. I was impressed with Todd's customer service, he explained the upfront costs and payment options. He explained the forms and the process was simplified through the on-line capabilities. Todd was able to address my questions/concerns about security, on-line payment processes, and mid billing cycle move out. Todd did promote taking this survey with enthusiasm and did not come across as an after thought. I'm hoping that my experience with US Storage will be consistently as good as my initial sign-up and on-site visit.

Manager of facility was very good with move out issues and move in issues, price went up after first few months so if you are renting with a promotion or discount be aware when the discount is up.

I received a call before I was scheduled to move in asking if I had any questions & I had a few, which were all answered & then some! So first Joe was MORE than helpful & then when I did start to move in, Todd was even more helpful with the start of my move (since I've had to make several trips). He's made it a lot easier on me from the paper work, not being able to reach the gate code (yeah even the simple things can be very helpful), offering water, etc...I'm moving & don't even need the unit for an entire month & this is really stressful for me, both gentlemen have made this a little more bearable. I really appreciate the professionalism, kindness as well as knowing my things will be fully secure while there.

i RECENTLY GOT MARRIED AND NEEDED TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS CLOSER TO WHERE WE LIVE, AND ALSO COMBINE OUR BELONGINGS IN A BIGGER STORAGE. US STORAGE IN PEORIA OFFERED THE BEST PRICE FOR A BIGGER UNIT AND IS A MUCH CLEANER FACILITY THAN I WAS USED TO. IT IS ALSO CLIMATE CONTROLLED WHEREAS MY OLD FACILITY WAS NOT AND SOME OF MY STUFF MELTED IN THE ARIZONA HEAT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE TO SWITCH FACILITIES.
