Great moving in experience all around.

The person would not take the confirmation number. At first she wouldn't give us the discount, until we told her we had spoken to Chris at Sparefoot and he had told us about the discount. Then she suddenly remembered that there was a discount off on the first month. She didn't give clear directions as to where our unit was and we drove around looking for it, we came back to her and she told us it was in the same building as her office. Not a good experience but we made it work.

I am happy with the ease of access to this place and the rental units them selves. Great people that work there. I am glad that I have the option of either paying for their insurance or using my own.
