location is super close to my home. manager was super nice and friendly. HOWEVER, I have a unit on the SECOND, 2, floor and there is NO ELEVATORS OR RAMPS to get to it. Had to use a hand truck to pull up some Contico boxes with great difficulty. Not that I am planning on moving out for any amount of time but I was sore all the next 2 days from having to pull the hand truck with the Contico boxes bungee corded to it up 15 (yes I counted them going UP and going down) steps. Really great place but that lugging heavy items up those stairs I would recommend that you get SPECIFIC information as to WHERE your unit is located and whether or not there are elevators for your heavier items.
