Easy to reserve online and lock in price, quick and friendly call from the location manager to verify and confirm details . Paperwork was easy and all online . I picked up my lock and dropped off my papers at the office , but also could of done it all No contact just as easily as the manager explained over the phone . Unit is super clean! Way cheaper and larger than other units in the south Scottsdale area. And I even had a welcome bag and goodies inside when I opened the unit door! Also the manager is super friendly and knowledgeable which is a huge plus , ( I work as a District Manager in the apparel retail field so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a deal sealer , or breaker for me )
