Inner Space Mini Storage

Eva and Judy are wonderful managers. I feel very comfortable keeping my belongings at Inner Space. The ladies are great to deal with and I like the location.

She knew what she was doing, completered all paperwork in a timely and friendly manner and was hugely helpful.

Judy is great and thorough. I arrived and began loading my stuff in 15 minutes. Great that they have carts and dollies available for free. Never had that before! A/C nice and cool. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend and the price is good.

We rented a 5' X 8' space. It is just 5X8. Our stuff barely fit in the space with no room to spare. Certainly we have no extra room to go into the space and remove something in the back of the unit. Finding the place and parking are a little difficult and cramped. But overall, including the temperature controlled environment and the cleaniness and helpfulness of the staff (they loaned us a padlock for a couple of hours while we returned with our own), this will a great facility for the costs.

Convenient location and friendly staff who seem to be able to quickly identify new customers by name and have take a genuine interest in the storage habits of their customers.

Customer service was great and we got moved in easily! Facility is climate controlled, so albeit hot outside, it was comfortable in the storage area, even on the upper floors. Clean and freshly painted...you can tell managers care!

Love the staff - always willing to help with questions. I would love to see more lighting so that one can see better into the units. I also wouldn't mind the hours being a extended a bit more. Otherwise, great place and value!!

I was very impressed with the customer service. I was called by name immediately and everything was done professionally. The units are clean and having a climate-controlled unit is an extra bonus. I like that there is a sign-in and sign-out system and that the manager lives onsite as both add an extra level of security.

Looking for a very economical storage unit for a month and a half....and this place is it

Paula, Edward, and Eric were all so friendly and accommodating! The minute I walked in to see the facility, Paula greeted me with a warm greeting and a big smile! Edward came over and introduced himself to us and shook our hands. We stood and talked for a few minutes, and then Eric walked by and introduced himself. I felt welcome right away! The bathroom was SPOTLESS and both Paula and Edward did everything necessary to accommodate my needs! I a very happy to have found this location and was VERY IMPRESSED with the warm, professional, and friendly way in which I have been treated! Great customer service!

place advertises air cooled, not hot in the summer. half the light remove, told to bring flashlight if you want to see.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and very helpful. He got me a cart to help load in my stuff and found me a unit on the ground floor which made the whole process a lot easier.

It was a skeptical environment at first and I wasn't sure if I would continue to store my things there. However, the faculty and appearance inside of the building reassured me that my things would be safe there. I especially enjoyed the workers; they were very friendly, welcoming, and personal. I will definitely be storing my things there next year!
