Public Storage - Scottsdale - 3027 N 70th Street

It's storage. You want clean, easy access, and no extra hassles. This place delivers. FYI for any vehicle storers out there, the lanes in between units are kinda tight. It's doable, but you better be good at backing up.

AMAZING SERVICE. AMAZING TERMS.

Very easy process and desk was very nice.

My plans changed suddenly and I needed to move my stuff in a week early. They were able to accommodate my request and change me to a larger unit upon my tour of the property. Once I saw the size of the unit I reserved online I needed to get something bigger. They were able to help me change it easily.

I wasn't sure what I needed but with the help of David, the manager of my local Public Storage company I was helped through the process and got exactly what I needed. He's the best! He made everything simple. I highly recommend this service.

Very helpful and excellent customer service

It took about an hour to get everything done so factor that into your plans. But the manager was very thorough and professional. Units were in good condition and the property was clean.

Excellent service

Was a past renter a few years ago, needed a locker again, decided I enjoyed my first experience and would come back. Brian helped me resign for a locker for the next period of time. He found me a good unit, carefully going through all the paperwork, protocols, and helped me make sure everything worked. I appreciated his help and the excellent level of professional service he provided.

Clean facility, great customer service and fresh cold water in the lobby is always a plus in Arizona's scorching temperatures.

I highly recommend this place! My mother first suggested this place and I am glad I went. One person in particular is Sherri, she is a nice and lovely lady who is very knowledgable and treats her customers with dignity and respect which is a very rare thing to see now and days.

I am in the customer service industry myself and have been for over 20 yrs. I have had the good, bad, and the ugly experiences. This one wasn't good with service it was excellent!!! I enter my info online and within just a few minutes Sherri called me to schedule an appointment. It was amazing how quick it was. I met her at the facility and she was ready to go. She has great customer service skills. She was extremely professional!! I would recommend this storage location to everyone in the Scottsdale area. Overall so far I am extremely satisfied!!
