I couldn't be happier with my rental storage experience. I have never rented any storage in the past, and Public Storage made my experience the most pleasant ever. I am big on communication and communication I had - follow up calls, emails, every step was very thoughtful and full of care. i love my little storage unit and the property manager Vita is like my a family to me now! in these days positive experience mean a lot and Public Storage definitely scored high in my books! I am highly recommending this storage to everyone! 5 stars!

Vita, the lady who manages the building, is completely awesome. She's friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and truly an asset to that business. If I were a headhunter, she would be on my target list.

May 2017 - I'll add to my comments below, 2 years after I moved back to town and used Public Storage with Vita AGAIN. Very simply an exemplary professional experience. Vita is attentive and so pleasant to work with. She has remembered my name and situation throughout the 5 years I have used here property. Whats amazing is that I actually vacated 2 weeks ago, but found out I couldn't move my belongings back to KC for another 3 months. Of course I came back to Vita. However, she did not have the space I needed so she picked up the phone to call her colleague and found me a space and even made sure I got a new contract frist month discount. I never thought I'd be disappointed to not be renting storage...but Vita has made the experience just that. Sad to go. She's the very best. March 2015 - This is my 2nd rental experience with Vita in less than 18 mos. Her service and help the fist time were exemplary and I actually had kept her phone # in my phone "just in case" i needed a storage unit again. When I called her this past weekend, she remembered me and was as gracious and helpful as the first time. She helped me determine the size unit I needed and then what the best rental deal was for me. I can't imagine getting better or more service from anyone else anywhere in town. Vita has been fantastic to work with, TWICE ! I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for a storage space. Steve Phillips

I've had to use various storage units in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and this one is by far my favorite. Dave at the office is very helpful and friendly and the facility is clean, air-conditioned, well-lit and accessible. There are carts to move your belongings from your vehicle to the unit inside the climate controlled building. I always felt safe and comfortable. I've been to facilities that were way too large and thus felt nervous navigating through long dark hallways. This Public Storage place was just the right size for us and will be the only one we will be using in the future. Thanks Dave for all of your helpful advice!

I was interested in a storage unit and was really impressed by the woman, Vita, who explained all the options available to me, and the incentives that public storage offered which seemed really fair compared to other facilities I looked at. Also, the facility itself was very clean, she was very polite and gave me very good answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage facility in North Scottsdale.

Need more than one elevator and there are some hidden fees so your first month really isn't 50% off

Had a good experience overall. Didn't realize I had to purchase insurance for my unit so that was an unexpected expense that I would've preferred to know about beforehand.

This is my first time to rent from Public Storage. I am very pleased with both the cleanliness of the Public Storage and the friendliness and helpfulness of the manager.

I was only with them a short time on my move to Arizona from California they were excellent always accessible clean and professional would use them again
