Clean unit, easy access staff!

Just moved in… unit was clean, as described and ready to go…

could not find our parking area for our trailer . Homeless ppl living in units . No person on site to help. Do not recommend this place at all !!!!!!

So we had reserved a parking space for our trailer on Dec 31 ,2024 on the phone yet when we got there there were no employees , and it looks like there is no office on site ! We had NO IDEA where our spot was and nearly got stuck in the maze of storage units looking for our number.. all while driving a large pickup with trailer down narrow lanes !!!! Another renter told us that he thought those numbers were near the entry. How in the heck would we have known that !? And with no person available in the office to ask for help . I tried calling the “help” phone number and just got a phone runaround that was never answered by a human either. We found our spot and locked everything up tight because we saw several people LIVING in storage units looking!!!!???? So they get a cheap place to live I guess but since there are no employees no one even knows !! I hope my trailer is still there when I go to check on it . Never again at this place…..😡

They made it super easy. Everything was online. Was in locker within 1-2hours.

Great management at the location where i rent

This was great, the people were very helpful.

Sketchy AF at night! None of the lights work in my row (on the street level or in my unit - I even tried replacing the bulbs,) I mentioned it to the manager, and she might as well of laughed in my face! Stated that she has been asking for that for almost a year, and upper management could care less. I didn't realize "Public Storage" was so broke...

My visit was quick and easy. The manager was amazing handled all my needs with pleasure !!

I keep hearing that they are going to cut the existing locks off, I heard this since the day I moved in & it hasn't happened yet. It is nearly impossible to get to the gate from the inside to put in my code to get out & I was not able to pick my own code I had to memorize the steps of numbers given to me hard to get into & hard to get out

Just to get all the information before you go there and check with your own insurance if they cover your property while it's in storage. Its clean organized. It has a lot of security camera's and you need a security code to get in and out of the facility.

The location is fine, the security is so-so (anyone could hop over a fence, and there is no secure entry)... I've never seen more than two carts in the whole place, which is ridiculous as often as not, lots of waiting (and potentially haggling), and the temp is a bit warm, even for Phoenix, and the place smells kind of musty, both of which concern me as to the state of my goods over time. Nonetheless, I may rent a second unit at the same place, if I need it, because it's convenient and the staff is fine and so on. All they need to really do is buy a few carts and turn the temp down a little cooler.
