Takes seconds to reserve. In office paperwork less than 15 minutes. Beautiful climate controlled building.

Excellent customer service, very new facility, just beware hidden fees. My monthly rate was very competitive before administrative fees, storage insurance, and the price of a lock. This facility does not use normal padlocks.

This facility is very nice, modern, and clean. It was just built apparently in 2018. They keep the climate controlled AC at 80 degrees which is good enough for my needs. There are two floors. Upstairs is serviced by an elevator that I noticed had a 4k pound weight limit and they have carts available. I was just moving some empty stereo boxes for storage in to the facility. My stereo is about 100k, so I need the boxes as ridiculous as it is to store them, in the event of the need to ship back to the manufacturer. I am one of those nerds that reads all the paperwork, and Sierra didn't rush me or push on me to hurry up. She was very friendly as I filled out the e-paperwork. Prior to filling out the e-paperwork, she gave me a tour of the facility. One thing that isn't listed anywhere is the height of the storage area - it looked to be about 10-12 feet, although the T&C require storing 18" below sprinklers. I don't recall if sprinklers were in the storage units themselves, however, I suspect they are.
