Pricing is what made me sign up and complete the registration process. Once I arrived amd located my unit, the pricing definitely made more sense. But it gets the job done and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a pretty secure setup so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m pleased overall so far.

As this was our first time to rent a storage space for my nonprofit's golf tournament signage, we were pleased with a 5' X 5'space, and after checking around, the cost was far less plus it's closer to our home. The 'Welcome" bag in the unit was a nice touch, and the included padlock will be one we will appreciate for the ease of use. I would recommend this site for storage as there are no additional tacked-on fees, other than the 'administration' fee which I am told is an industry-standard. A good experience, and Jordyn very efficiently completed the necessary paperwork.

The check in person was very helpful, showed great personable customer service, and explained everything and in a kind manner answered all my questions.

This storage facility has decent prices and Jeff provided me with great service after I rolled in with it being five minutes of closing time.

When I got there they told me they spoke to me earlier that day and I xancelled the reservation. I told them I was in a meeting all day. Showed them my call log and t h ey were not there. They honored my reservation.

First off when I was sent the email with my unit number and the gate/door code whoever sent that email did not include the * or the # so when I got to the gate I was just entering the numerical digits and could not get in the gate. I had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in. I had an interior unit so I knew it was going to be inside the building but there were no letters on the doors to indicate which building was which. Drove up to the office and found where my unit was supposed to be. Drove back to the unit but again because I didn't not know I needed the * and # signs I could not open the door. Drove BACK up to the office to find out what the problem was. Drove back to the unit and it took my THREE tries to get the door open because you have to push in before you pull and you have to do it before the door locks again.

Was able to make online reservations and contract with some help from management.

The manager was so helpful and patient. I appreciate him taking the time needed to assist me all the way. I enjoyed how clean this facility Is. This place and the people were so amazing it made me want to be part of the team. It feels like home when you are met by people just like this.

Found out we needed a bigger unit. James quickly found us a larger unit.

Office Staff was very friendly and worked quickly to get me in my unit. when showing me the unit that was reserved for me, they quickly notice the door was a bit heavy and they didn't want me to struggle with it so they instantly moved me to the next door unit which was working properly. i appreciated that they took my needs into consideration. very respectful!

Price was a little steep, but overall the facility was clean nice and very conforming

Customer service is great. Friendly and informing. The facility itself is extremely clean! I have a locker that is inside, and it is nice and coll in there. My only complaint is that I had no choice whether I wanted insurance or not. It is a requirement. Other than that I highly recommend this facility.

Facility is good - access easy. Checkin staff are very friendly and courteous. Price quoted was good. As part of check in we were informed there was a monthly insurance charge which would add one third to the price quoted. Fortunately our homeowners insurance covers it, but we had to get them to email proof before we could check in. What is disturbing is that the insurance charge was not mentioned during our initial phone call. We mentioned this to the person who checked us in and she told us it is CubeSmart's policy not to disclose the insurance requirement until they have you in the office ready to check in. She said a manager specifically "counseled" her when the manager heard her telling a caller about the insurance. Since we were comparing prices, I consider this deceptive advertising. Everything else about the place is great, but BEWARE hidden insurance charges!

The GM at that location wasn't very friendly, kind of rude, made the comment after I paid for the unit: "If you wake me up after 10pm (cause you get locked in) I wont be a happy camper, you'll only get one warning" And the exit gate is locked so you have to go back around to the one you came in at. But other than that the unit is nice and clean, and so is the property.

I am not pleased with the customer service. We reserved a unit on November 2, 2015. I was informed that there was only one 6x10 unit available. The clerk assigned us a space and did the paperwork. We went to the space and she was unable to open the lock with her keys. She then gave me another 6x10 unit that she found that was empty, No. 33. On November 5, 2015, I receive an e-mail "Late 1st Notice". I sent a reply stating that I had just rented the unit 2 days before and that I did not appreciate receiving this notice. At the end of the late notice, it said that if I have already paid, please disregard. Today, November 10, 2015, I go to the storage unit and find that an additional lock had been placed. Luckily, the manager was there and he did remove the extra lock. He apologized and said that the lock was a mistake. I will leaving the area on November 12 for several months. It was just fortunate that I had not gone to the storage unit after hour when no attendant would be present. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Before you start placing locks, you need to check your records. E. Adams

Great place and nice people. Love the way I was treated when I first showed up. Liked the fact that the guy walked out to show me the storage I reserved. Thank god, cause it would have been to small.
