Just rented a unit through the website a few days ago. The process was easy to follow and quick to get done. Went down the next morning to pick up the lock and see the unit. The employee in the office greeted us with a smile and explained exactly how to get to our unit, what the office hours were and what the self service hours were when the office is closed. Super helpful. The entire place was spotless and it was very easy to follow her directions to the unit. Once we got to the unit it was clean and there was a welcome bag with the lock and a pamphlet with additional information waiting for us. Overall a great experience.

I was very impressed with the seamless process, accessibility, and cleanliness!! This is my first time using a storage facility and had many reservations, but I this facility not only addressed all of my concerns, it far exceeded my expectations!!

We downsized from 3,100 sq ft into an RV so we needed a secure, climate-controlled space to leave our "home" behind. This place is perfect.

Customer service was fantastic! Very clean. First month prices have some extra prices that I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expecting. $18+ fee for a lock required. Insurance is a required monthly payment. Otherwise, good experience.
