Signed up online took less than five minutes arrived at the facility. My lock was already in my storage unit. Everything was prepared for me. Everything went flawless. They even had huge carts and everything great place.

Pricey- Don't see the need for insurance for small units like this one I rented that don't usually high dollar items.

The storage unit was clean and staff friendly and helpful.Although I did get miss information about the 1 month free, I joined with the 1 month free promotion, which usual means 1 month free. I asked when I would owe the money for the last week and ahalf of October that i would owe. I was told that would not owe til the 20th of Oct. However on the first I started receiving phone calls about my payment. I am confused to why they call it a month free when it's really not, because you have to pay before the months up. Also ask employees should be informed and up to date of the policy so there is no confusion.

They were so nice and put up with me trying to move my unit a number of times. I didn't get the size space I wanted because it was over $100 more expensive for only 5 square feet more. We figured it out but the front desk girls are very nice.

After reserving my storage unit online I went into the office to finalize the arrangements. The facility is well kept, clean, lots of lightning, and air-conditioned. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service agent. I will highly recommend Public Storage.

My experience with your company was/is fantastic. The people were are great to work with and friendly very helpful. The storage unit is indoors and up stairs. You are supplied a code to access the building and elevators. The security is very good I am very pleased with the way everything is ran there. I was referred to public storage by a friend and from there I found their website which allowed me to reserve a storage unit. Having reserve the unit online saved me a lot of hassle and saved the property manager time as well. Between the two public storage locations that I visited the customer service was five-star all around.

I reserved a unit on a Wednesday, had movers set up for Saturday. Got there at 8:40am and there was a lock on my unit that the office gal said she was putting on there to remind her to clean up a water spot on the floor in my unit. Never once mentioned that I needed to put my own lock on it before I left Wednesday. Since the office did not open until 9:30 my movers had to wait 45 minutes until she came and removed her lock. It was a costly error indeed and not to mention only one of the doors into the building was usuable as the other door was broken. So six people moving in through a single door at the same time was a bit chaotic. Not a good experience.

Starting the process was so easy online, I was able to fill out all the paperwork before I got there, on my "check in" day the manager Jennifer was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know, very happy with the whole experience so far!

Deer public storage, I'm am a brand new storage tenant, and right now it is not an appropriate time for me to evaluate your services. Until I am at least there for 6 months or so. But in the meantime, I will let you know how I feel that you have good service. Thank you for asking me. But I will also say this, Miss Jessica did you proud and was very professional and forthcoming with the information I needed to know. Jessica seemed to me to be a nice person who loves her job, always take care of your people that work for you, that's very important keep them happy and you will be proud of them working for YOU. My wife Connie and I decided to go with Public Storage after speaking online with Curtis. His service was great so we elected to use Public Storage over three other competitors. Immediately after our online conversation we were contacted by Jeff from the local store. We went there to make arrangements for our storage unit. Jeff and Sandy were very prompt, professional and courteous. We were given a tour and had our paperwork done in 15 minutes. We had our stuff moved into our unit before the end of the day. Excellent staff, excellent facility. We highly recommend Public Storage in Surprise, AZ to anyone looking for this service.

Your representative Mr. Al Cardenas was extremely helpful; explained the contract in detail, was very courteous and friendly and was available for any questions we had.
