yes the price is good for storage compared to the others around, but it smells and there is garbage all over. the location feels safe, compared to my other unit i personally do not feel very safe and its the staff not keeping the place up. once i got onto the second floor where my unit is, i see a half open unit with no one attending it, this location lets people cram stuff into units so full the doors can not be closed. as the elevators opened a terrible smell awaited me all the way down unit i reach my unit. on top of that, the elevator was the only place that felt that is actually had air conditioning, other than that, it was hot and sticky. i paid for my stuff to be in air conditioning, and yet it is almost as hot in there as it is outside. lastly, this location has a garage you pull in one side, unload, and exit through the other. upon my arrival i was not informed that the exit gate is broken. if you have a truck, good luck. you will be there for 5 plus minutes trying to turn your vehicle around.

Everything was really easy, input everything online and within a few hours storage was ready for move in. Great price, great facility, clean, easy to use instructions and contact less. Too easy for me, definitely a place to check out!

So I called yesterday right before they closed @ 5pm frantically asking someone 2 call me back asap, so Cat called me back, when they already closed, wow nobody's ever done that before. He was absolutely the best, I examined my situation, & he totally waited for me to arrive after hrs, who does that!!! Only Cat! He's the best, he was so fricken nice & the most helpful person ever, he took the time 2 help me out inna terrible situation!!! Cat u r most awesome!! Ty for being a real & caring person!! I'm so grateful that he helped me, or I would've been up a s**t creek w/a toilet paper paddle

Rod helped us throughout the super easy process of establishing the rental. He was very friendly over the phone. And when we got to the facility he was excellent in showing us around and helping us out. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and Rod was AMAZING.

Easy access in and out to Bell Rd. Very clean and well organized. Smartphone app allows super easy access entering and exiting the facility.

This location is definitely smaller. One driveway in/out. My unit was on the 1st floor...and on the end, so it couldn't have been more perfect! I was happy to see that there were plenty of flat carts available for use on the ground floor. The rental process was so easy and online, I did not even have to visit the office. The lock was inside my unit upon arrival. I did have John follow up with me via text to confirm I was able to get in and had no issues. So far...so good!

I liked the fact that it's inside clean and has ac so it makes for a nice cool move in or out and don't have to worry about things getting damaged from the arizona heat.

I've never encountered a situation with any other storage facilities I've been with. My husband was moving our stuff from one place to this place. The code they gave me didn't work. I wasn't with him and the office was closed early. Customer service would not speak with him after 10 minutes on hold. I even called and requested him to be put on account and they said no. I'm not thrilled at this point and I just moved in.

Jo is very helpful and explained everything very well. The facility seems well-designed, with the exception of the keypad to exit the facility. It seems it could be closer to the exit. Otherwise the facility is well laid out.

The online process to reserve and rent a storage unit was easy. The only thing I found to be annoying was the fact they don't mention the lock fee they charge you for a certain type of lock that has to be used until you go to check out.
