SecureSpace Self Storage Surprise

The lot and unit were clean. Service was top notch. If you have never used the kind of lock they use, it was hard at first for me to figure out at first. It was easy to enter after office hours with code. This was the first time renting a storage unit. I got a larger unit than intended. I'm so glad that I did.

I am very unhappy with the space as I was quite specific on what I needed and it is t it ! You need clear English speakers on initial calls. I will not recommend due to them! Scott, the manager AT the place is great.

The staff, I believe her name is Kim, was super professional and helpful. If she was out on the grounds, she left a phone number at the office door and came immediately to answer my questions. On my move in day, she was near my building, and showed me the nearest door to my unit. She even went with me to be sure I didn't have any trouble with my lock.She seems to love her job and it shows. Just a great employee.

I was greeted warmly and promptly upon entering the facility. The staff was nice and informative, we well as patient with all my questions, answering with great detail. The prices quoted were honored, the time for paperwork was short and to the point, with great customer service. I will definitely be recommending this storage lot to people.

Kaylee was amazing not only was she informative, she was absolutely accommodating. She got all my needs taken care of by listening and being super awesome to my kids when we came in. Her attitude made it all the better!

Quick and easy sign-up, GREAT special offers for new customers. On-site manager, Jessica, is very helpful and efficient. She was quick to help with a major malfunction in our unit. She took care of everything and secured additional space for us to continue our move. This facility is very new, secure, clean and orderly, and well managed !

Very clean place to store my RV. Love it!

Nice place, a little pricey but worth it, has RV dump station and RV wash bays !! Friendly staff too.
