The manager by the name of Scott made it really easy to step up everything and went over everything very efficiently. He was very nice and made us feel very comfortable with trusting them with our things and choosing to use them for storage. Highly recommend them!

I called and reserved a storage space the night before I had to use it. I was told the price would total $33 and if I showed my mother's senior card would receive a further 10% off the total price. A confirmation number was emailed to me and then she explained the next step would be a manager would call me with a code to open the gate. When I arrived with the removal company which my mother was paying for by the hour, I was told i had 2 people in front of me and would have to wait. When i explained that I had called the previous night and was paying for the movers time, I was very rudely told there was nothing he could do about it and had to wait. After about 40 minutes the mover asked to use the bathroom. Upon entry the same person who was rude to me was also rude the mover. After all the time waiting plus paperwork and the quick tour of where the storage unit was my mother had to pay the movers another hour and half totalling $120 because we weren't shown how to use the lock to close it. Plus we had to pay $44 a month as opposed to the original quote of $33. As far as a senior discount there is none. It was bad enough having to wait, pay all that extra money through no fault of our own, but the rude attitude was totally uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. At this point, when asked the question, "would i recommend this place to others?" After we tell them about this horrible experience I'm sure their mind would be made up.

It's awesome it's squeaky clean! Everything was easily accessible for me to load all my things in. Literally less than 5 minutes from my house. Customer service is unbelievable... Definitely will recommend to my daughter.
