This is my second time as a customer at this location. I had my previous unit for more than a year. The customer service is excellent and the facility well maintained. Not only was I able to get a great price on a 5'x10' unit at the last minute, I was also able to sign all the paperwork online on my own time instead of going into the office. When I arrived to move in there was even a lock waiting for me inside my unit!

This place has been great since day 1 I applied online they've been very helpful curious and Although I would prefer that they had 24 hours service they do make sure that you are out of there when you're supposed to be So that I know that they're watching the place and they're looking out and our stuff is protected so thank you and yeah great place to enjoy your stuff!!!!

Orlando was great. Very friendly. Extremely thorough with his explanation of expectations. Took his time to help me understand options. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

the registration system is all on line so might be a bit confusing for a novice

Originally promised: - no rate increase for one year (by Mgr), but later told it might be in six months. - unit did not have a full-size garage door, just a 36” wide door. - vehicle drive to my unit and corners were so narrow and tight that I needed to get a smaller truck and need to make multiple trips. - unit was not swept clean. A drug needle was found on the floor of unit.

Although I just moved in, everything was clean and staff (Ellie) was very nice.

Very easy process and nice management

The price, location and condition of the CubeSmart is great. The Manager of the place (Jennifer) is less than friendly. I came in early to take care of all the rental aggreement and work with another person and she did a fabulous job. I then came in with two truck loads of packages and was met with a lock on my unit. I went to the office to get it removed and the manager had someone she was assisting. She asked me what I needed and i told her that my unit had a lock on it. She gave me a role of the eye. She then asked me if I would take the key and unlock the unit and bring it back. It was quite a walk to my unit, I unlocked it and proceeded to unload the two trucks that took about 30 minutes. She came to my unit very agitated as if I inconvenienced her because she had to ride in her golf cart to retrieve the Key and lock. Not a very friendly person.

Only because of Price Would I recommend it is very difficult to get around to the smaller units

They were so great to work with. The online reservation process was easy. When I got there, they showed me a few different units that could meet my needs. Jenny was very patient in meeting my requests and desires. I would definitely recommend renting here.

I was assisted by Jenny who was very helpful with providing storage and pricing options, answering questions, and providing all other necessary info for renting the unit. Highly recommended!

I came in to check out some units. The guy that helped me was awesome, showed me all around and got me setup really quickly.

The price advertised for unit online was not available at this location despite being confirmed through an independent booking agency. Classic bait and switch. Had to secure the same size unit for the advertised price 7 miles away resulting in me having to reschedule my mover at a cost to me.

Having to leave your home is bad enough, much less moving to another state that you are completely unfamiliar with. A month of stress, pressure, tears and anger was thankfully ended at the feet of Paul, the manager of Cubesmart storage in Tempe, Az. Paul got us in & unloading, even though we ran late. He also made some calls to the truck return facility, so we'd be able to get it there after hours & avoid add'l charges. What a great relief.

Perfect location for my needs.

I booked online. I was told I would get an air conditioned unit. When I got there, the place was hardly temperature controlled. It seemed as if it was cooled by a swap cooler. I got there just before close so I didn't have time to look for a new unit and settled with this place. The guy was nice and all but just very upset with the belief that my things would be in ac and it is not up to standards by any means

The customer service was the best at the cube smart I went to in Tempe. I was so impressed. I was moving by myself and the manager came out to bring me a water bottle and see how I was doing. Such a pleasant surprise!

Id recomend this to anyone.and the unit was exactly what I needed and looking for
