Did I want to get a storage unit no but I needed to. Brandi made this experience less painful. She was very understanding with my situation and accommodating with making sure someone could pick up my key and get into the unit to drop items off. She was very professional and she knows what she's talking about. She is a great Employee and has a great personality. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone I know in the area! Very pleased with my experience!!!!!

Great location, Macy was Great Separate parking for RV's then storage units.

The staff is excellent and attentive to your needs. The building is older with a wood floor so you hear everything upstairs. The place is as clean as it can be for an older building. The lighting is decent and on a timer. There are no interior cameras though. The temperature stays pretty cool for a Phoenix summer.

Appears safe and secure, Kevin was very nice. The facility is a bit older and the gate is showing the age.

My experience was a most unusual, but excellent one. It was professional but also personable. Sandie is a wonderful employee and deserves recognition.

Location is convenient and clean and manager Sandie is friendly and answered all questions professionally but in manner that was easy to understand and worked hard to get me the unit size I needed at the right price. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience Miss Sandie!! Give this woman a raise!! I would recommend this public storage to friends and family for sure. Ask for Miss Sandie.

I went to two different Public Storage locations and both people were very helpful. They found the site and size of storage that was best for me. I couldn't be happier with my choice.
