The person working at the storage was friendly and very helpful. Explained the cost for each storage unit. He even showed the size of each of them. I was pleased with him and got me a storage.

I rented a storage here last Thursday Kyle was very nice and did a good job and went out of his way to be very help with were he put me in my new storage place and when when I was moving in he was very helpful when to so so far my experience has been very good

I honestly didn't expect much. I would have been fine just a basic "Here's your keys and the rules. If you need anything call this number" however I was extremely surprised. Emily the manager there made something as simple yet unmotivating as moving a blast. I was constantly laughing and would recommend that location to anyone looking.

The manager was very helpful and explained rules I took for granted. Better experience than with last place I rented from where u HAD to be out before a certain time or risk being caught inside

I set an appointment to meet with the employee in charge of the facility. It was a busy time and some conflicts arose that prevented me from making the prearranged meeting. I reset the meeting and things went great. The employee reasonably could have been upset when I "stood him up" the first time--but wasn't. Instead, he was freindly and helpful.
