Public Storage - Tempe - 700 W Warner Rd

I'm saving $34 dollars which is an extra tank of gas for me so I'm extremely happy switching to Public storge. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!!

Friendly staff and got me right in the unit I needed!

Rented a 5x5 unit, found it to be clean and free of debris, and even included rat bait poison. However, was disappointed to find that I could not drive up to my unit. The units do indeed have outdoor access as the company describes, but the smaller units are oriented down a long narrow aisle, too narrow to drive through. So, there is some back and forth hand-carry of storage items necessary to get from the car to the storage unit. I would like to see a more clear indication of this arrangement in the company's advertising.

I would recommend this facility only because of current onsite manager.. Jennifer. I have been at this location for 10years. Been thru many managers and Jennifer is professional. Helpful ,available, diligent and Honest. It would be wise to keep this kind of employee to represent your company

Was pleased to rent a storage unit at the Public Storage facility on Warner Road, in Tempe, AZ. Employees were very helpful and pleasant in getting me organized for the rental. The cost also seemed reasonable. Thank you.

Jenn is beyond professional which is why I don't understand the reviews where she's allegedly been anything but. . . She was attentive, not aggressive or harassing as others have said. I appreciated this as my time in Phoenix was hectic and limited. Jenn was straight forward, professional and transparent---ALL great attributes in customer service, sales and management! Great first month's promotion of $1 rent too!

The facility manager was great and very knowledgeable! The place was clean! They can probably do a little upgrade on their office and maybe more decor but other than that, our reservation date went smooth and no problem.

Easy process, convenient location, clean and safe. I highly recommend.

The only criticism I can offer to improve the facility and / or experience would be to extend the hours. I would appreciate 24 hour access but sure you have your reasons to minimize the hours.

The property manager/gentleman at this location truly goes above & beyond. Right away when you meet him you know he genuinely wants to assist/help. Great Attitude! I've been back a few times & have seen him tidying up/vacuuming. Top Notch individual. A BIG THANKS!

Jennifer The property manager was very easy and nice to work with. I had an unpleasant experience with the gentleman that worked at the Warner/Kyrene location on 3/31/18. He was rude, unorganized, flustered. He was rude to other customers and a customer warned me not to move into Public Storage because this man is always rude. He needs to learn basic customer service skills. We should not know if he's stressed out because then it makes me stressed out when I was moving all day long I had a headache. We walked out to a unit while it's hot outside, when we got back inside he completely forgot what unit he showed me and we had to go walk back outside. But I do want to say a few days before I came to check out public storage I worked with Jennifer Crane and she was absolutely friendly she ultimately made my decision to do business with Public Storage.

Highly recommend this location for storage. Jennifer the manager is great, have utilized many storages over the years but she's been the best to work with. We have a 6 month construction project in the area and chose to store our equipment there nightly rather than drive hours daily to our yard to drop and pickup the equipment. She was also able to give us 24 hr access for our unit because we work late and start very early in the mornings and the price was much better then the regular 24 hr access places I called.

Quick and easy check in. I was delayed due to movers and packing up my house, and they had no problems rescheduling the appointment. Would recommend to a friend.

Jenn was great, assisted me quickly and was very friendly even considering the customer in front of me was rude. Showed me what I needed and made it an easy process. Would recommend this place.

I love this storage facility the people are so nice and it's clean and very fair on prices

It was very easy to make a reservation and the agent was very pleasant, also checking in and getting my storage space was also easy. I found that their assessment on what size I needed for my things was very off and I needed a much larger unit. They were flexible and it was easy to change the size but didn't know the reason for the questions if it wasn't accurate.

We needed help and Lynn provided it. She was great... The only complaint I had was that they haven't fixed her AC and it was way too hot in the building.

Staff was very friendly and great sense of humor. Made it really easy to rent a unit. Highly recommended

Kay is fantastic if the could hire her in duplicate for all there locations they would put everyone else out of business!! She goes above and beyond to help with cold water in 113 degree weather. Best experience for me.

They get you in on a special and then after 3 months they sock you with a large rent increase. I hope I am out in 3 months this time. The manager at THIS facility was VERY crabby.

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process was quick efficient.
