I got a 5x16 unit and had a wonderful experience from the start. It was the best price I could find in the area by far and the online process was smooth. Elisha at the front desk on move in day was very informative, kind and great energy. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d highly recommend storing here.

I first reserved a storage unit online. Within 1 hour, I received 2 email messages from the Associate on duty confirming my request and welcoming me to the family. I visited the property the next day when I was given a tour of 3 unit sizes. I selected 2 and returned to the office. There I signed pre-lease documents. Last Friday I returned to the office to complete the process. The manager was in the office. He introduced himself and welcomed me. He had done a review of my units and their awkward locations-- 1 was on one end of the building and the other on the opposite end of the building. He offered me 3 options that reduced my rent. The one I picked is very near.the elevator which was a nice perk! The Manager took me to see the unit, I accepted it immediately. The paperwork was minimal, the rent less, and the carts available to assist the move in process. He showed me where to park when unloading, gave me a key chain and pads of sticky notes. The unit was spotless. I know I will love this Self Storage facility and you will too!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is tidy. 24-hour, on-site manager is reassuring. Parking near the office can be a little tight, especially if clients are in the midst of moving. We store an RV in the fenced & gated yard. While security gate is watched by cameras, dedicated yard surveilance would be appreciated. But, with razor wire topping fence, it would be a challenge to gain unauthorized access. All in all, a good value. I recommend!
