I was surprised all of the paperwork was online from virtual help. It went smoothly on day 1 but when I went back to put items inside the battery lock didn't work. 1.5 hours for them to fix it.

We urgently needed storage for some personal items before leaving on a 6 months RV trip. I forgot to complete the online documentation, but on phoning the number on the entrance gate, I was directed by customer support to a mobile app that resolved all. The mobile app is excellent. One of the best I have used. It will be good if all storage facilities can move over to this app. I am in IT, but was surprised in how easy this was made using the app.

The light bulb was broken in my storage room. I removed the broken bulb and installed a new bulb

The facility is well kept and access easy with the mobile app. Staff are responsive and friendly. Prices so much better than Cubesmart.

Easy rental process and fully automated gate and unit entry with the smart phone app. No lock necessary. Very convenient. Great pricing for unit size.

Only problem is if you accidentally stay in the gates after 9:00pm better get comfortable because u won't be getting out until 6:00am the following morning! They have some number on the office window saying, "call number if locked in gates after hours... (number)". Only problem is it is not a active working number so u will not be getting out that easy! I accidentally stayed later one night after I was up moving my entire house, lost track of time & next thing I know I'm locked in calling a phoney number & tripping out because I was sure to be late to work the next morning on account of it not letting me out until 6am which is when I have to be at work! Other than this annoying mishap, this is a nice storage with great prices!

Signing up was relatively easy, but the paperwork was a little bit buggy. When I tried to get ahold of customer service during business hours I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t via phone after multiple calls, but they replied via email. They utilize an interesting app to open the gate and individual storage unit; I really liked that. Overall great price, but hard to get in touch with a human.

If you need help with deciding what size and amenities you need in a unit call Bob at Anytime Storage! I had originally reserved a 10x15 but realized it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t climate controlled. He found a 10x10 climate controlled at the Anytime Storage down the road for me. They we offering the same special for 3 months and after I qualify for the 10% veterans discount. Thank you Bob @ Anytime Storage!
