Needs climate control in their storage units to be best

I had originally chosen a smaller unit, the staff saw my load and showed me both sizes. I felt helped the way he presented them, not pressured.

Everything went smoothly, once we found the place! It's hidden behind the JEEP dealership. Paperwork was easy to fill out, office staff was friendly and competent, security features seem more than adequate, clean surroundings. They don't send a bill each month, so I'll have to remember myself! One day late, and they lock you out.

The staff is very nice and professional. The grounds are amazingly clean and they have security cameras from almost every angle imaginable. Location is great, easy access.

Items stored on the floor near the outside wall of the building had some water damage. The air conditioning was non-existent in the building. The facility threatened to fine $100.00 if one used their trash dumpster (they have a sign over the dumpster stating the threat).

The person was very helpful, and let us examine the storage unit before signing the papers. She went over the paperwork to sign with my daughter, which I appreciated, and went over the safety features. There were also some special deals going on which made it very attractive.

We are very happy with this facility because it is clean, secure and well run.

I found this great priced unit on the internet and signed up immediately. When I called to have my shipping delivered they were ready to help with the necessary arrangements I needed to make things happen easily.

Customer service was very accomodating to all of my needs. I could not have chosen better. Thanks

not sure what to say about the unit I rented a 5x10 unit and it is an indoor climate controlled unit.. the climate inside was nice and the units were in good shape and seemed to be the size they told me it was.. a plus was that they did give me a military discount for being a veteran.. =)

I rented a storage back in May to store my car for the summer. I'm a student at the U of A the storage is a distance from school. It is worth driving the extra mile to know that my stuff is safe and secure. The girl working there is very nice and even called a cab to take me to the airport. I would recommand this storage to my friends.
