The gentleman in the off on the 29th was very patient and polite. Very personable. I had my 3 year grandson and he was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The gentleman (do not remember his name) was patient with him. I wish to thank him.

It was s simple process. Clerk was friendly & efficient.

Dakota did a great job. He answered all my questions and made sure that I comfortable was my codes and access.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue (and it is significant) is when I reserved it on Sparefoot's website, the monthly rate was quoted as $148.85 per month (sans other fees) but, Cubesmart is charging me $154.05 per month (sans other fees). I showed them your confirmation at the lower rate but could find nothing but the higher rate from Cubesmart. Fix this, please. It amounts to over $60.00 a year more than I had originally agreed to. Thank you!

I found the technique of quoting a reasonable price and then at the end of the paperwork explaining that the true price was actually 50% higher due to manditory insurance to be somewhat misleading.

Outstanding, reserved online and the staff was very helpful. Several calls on my move in day, staff was willing to come back if I was delayed in transit and not able to make the 1700 close. Very friendly and helpful.
