Great experience! Our last storage raised our rates in 2 months tripple what we were paying! Hopefully, Cubesmart is smart! It was clean, looks safe, customer service was GREAT! Most of all, they made it simple.

Signed up and chose the units sizes we wanted and paid for them all online. They sent an access code and we were in. The prices were better than most. The units were Easy to find and get to and they were clean. They left the locks and signed copy of the paperwork in the unit for us to find. " No muss, No Fuss."

This facility is extremely well run. The general manager, Joey, has been so helpful and so knowledgeable that he made everything easy. He answered all my questions and promptly called me back when I left messages. I appreciate that the lock I needed was not only available, but fairly priced and right inside of my unit when I moved in. I would definitely use this place again and would recommend it to anyone who needs a self storage unit.

Move in process was fast and well laid out from storage unit to first payment and monthly payment. Easy access and it was very clean.

This place is very clean and we talked about the security here and he said they haven't had any problems here. Bought a lock there as well and have to send you guys the recite.

My experience with CubeSmart was a wonderful one! Carisa helped me. She was one of the nicest most caring and most through people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I really appreciated how carefully and thoroughly she explained things to me. She make sure I understood everything clearly and had all the information I could possibly need. Furthermore she was such a delight. CubeSmart is lucky to have her and anyone would be lucky to get assistance from her.

I like every thing about this storage, only the limit time is what I dislike.

I needed a storage unit last minute and sparefoot found me a reasonably priced unit, in the size I needed, close to my new home. The facility is great and the staff is very helpful.

Not only did they charge a $22 "administrative fee" (which we knew about ahead of time), but their insurance for the small space is $11/month, and they seem to have a proprietary locking system. I had purchased two locks, but neither fit, and we had to buy one of their locks @ $14. We felt swindled, so we will be there as short as possible.

Rented a small space 4X3 for personal items. I don't need insurance on the items but it's an additional $11 per month that I didn't see on the rental price until I was told at the time of rental.

I was impressed. The unit was clean. The staff was pleasant and quick. I have no complaints.

I was first disappointed when I was showed the unit that would be mine to rent. I wanted a 5x10 and the 5x10 that they showed me was two 5x5, meaning I would have two keys and two doors because the unit had a wall in the middle that could not be removed. The manager showed me some other options and I chose one that did not have a wall in the middle. When I went to fill out the paper work, the lady (I think her name was Tina) said I would be getting the two 5x5 and I explained to her that I wanted a different one because it had a wall. She told me the price would be higher for a 5x10 that was not separated. I explained to her that online it had said the 5x10 was about $35 a month. She said the ones that are not separated cost more, about $20 more. I became upset because they did not specify that on their website, which would have been helpful if they did. However, she gave me the online price for the unit I wanted which made me feel so relieved that I wouldn't be spending more than what I wanted. I am a happy customer.

I was looking for a low cost storage unit and this was one of the lower priced ones in town. The paperwork was straightforward and friendly. The first unit that we looked at was actually two smaller units, we looked at another after I explained that I couldn't make that work. The next one had damage to the door and hasp, a few doors down we found a slightly better one. Walls are metal siding with screws sticking out, I am hoping I don't forget that when moving stuff out.
