CubeSmart Self Storage - Tucson - 3955 E 29th St

I want to say Lupita is the absolute BEST. She helped me decide what unit I needed, and she was extremely patient with me as far as showing me how to access the unit, using the gate code. She stressed You Must be at that gate at 9:58 pm in order to get out because at 10. you might as well get comfortable. LOL.. Im sure she will let you out but she makes it very clear. We were able to discuss the process and much more. Thanks Lupita for making this move a little bit easier. Ms. Richardson.

The ability to use the moving truck was what made me choose CubeSmart storage.

Anna was the one at the front office who helped me. She was great! She was friendly and very personable. I would absolutely recommend this facility. The price is great also. Just can't beat it!

it's outside, no temp control or dust protection for my 10x10. so moisture and heat and AZ wind WILL affect your stuff.

They say that they are not IT and they do not allow customers to speak to IT. They had an update that locked everyone out of the online portal last week. Despite me having this storage facility for years. And now they cannot assist in you getting in UNLESS you give THEM your new password. That is not secure. They are unable to email a new link. They are unable to get you to IT. They are unable to do pretty much anything.

Great location great service clean facility

I have never used a storage facility before, wasn't expecting the experience to be smooth and quick. Customer service was very helpful and took time to explain everything as a first timer. Storage space could use a bit more cleaning, there was sand and dirt on the floor but not too messy. Storage space was almost one foot more than advertised. Even though my unit is not climate controlled, it didn't feel extremely hot on the inside, that's a relief. Overall it's probably one of the cheapest and best option out there.

It was easy to reserve and bigger than i anticipated.

Excellent service and need improving driveway for safely and to make more space of entering and exit.

Customer service treated well and effiecent communicated via in writing. Do the paperwork went smoothly. Driveway block another cars that cant get through while the cars park to unloads because of small road and need safely views that can't see the ahead of pass by.

Everything was great, except the staff made me feel like I was a burden to them during move in.

Kids & I reserved room at last moment & was immediately available! Very discounted prices.Very clean and roomy! Great for any size storage and again, very affordable! Great customer service experience as well and she was very attentive and accommodating! 6 stars!

It's in the ghetto. Only saw one camera which concerns me. Not impressed. For the price, find something better... Be worth spending a little extra.

I was caught off guard a bit with the extra charges and fees, but I was lucky enough to find a location with a decent price! It's further away from university, but I saved $60/month. Great customer service. Great value for money!

The staff there are amazingly nice. The unit is the perfect size and price. It was so easy to move in. There weren't any hoops to jump through. Very simple.

I had a great phone call first and got all the information I needed. My reservation was sent and I arrived to the place and the service was great too.

I had to find a storage unit and the manager here helped me find the right one for me and made me feel like she was on my side. I even took a little longer than planned to unload my stuff into my unit and she was available to let me out after being locked in after gate hours were over.

The Manager was great. Everything went very well.

Was able to book and move my stuff into my unit on the same day. Management was helpful and got my paperwork done promptly.

This was close and affordable, it was quick and easy to get a storage unit here, I would recommend it.

I move around for work quit a bit. Staff was very helpful and establishment was clean. Easy access to unit.

Worked well with my individual needs. I am an out of state client and management was quick to help meet next day move in with all paperwork emailed overnight and move in next day. Very accommodating @ short notice and fees reasonable. Great experience for living across the country. Thank you excel

I was happy with the costumer service but I was not happy with the fact that the facility closest to me was $100 more a month. So I had to use the Cube Smart location way out on Alvernon and 29th.

The manager, Vanessa actually stayed late to help me get settled in and get the unit I reserved online the day of instead of having to wait until the following day. I was running late but she was friendly and helpful every step of the way. Great customer servive, clean secure facilities and a great value. The only reason I rated 4 stars out of 5 is because the gate access ends at 10pm. If this place was 24 hour access it would be PERFECT!
