Only problem is entry to storage from Prince Road is hard to navigate.

Good price and friendly service. Paperwork is easy, and can all be done online. Facility is easy to get to, but individual units are a little bit of a tight access for a truck.

I was helped the day I needed a storage unit, no hesitation. The owner was very friendly and willing to help me the best he could. He made me feel like my things would be stuff and I wouldn't have to worry. It was a stress free operation

Everyone that helped Me went Beyond the call of Duty. Management at the Facility stayed late to complete the Rental, and where I Borrowed the Loaner Truck stayed past closing after a Long Day of Moving. Thanks Again to Them. Sincerely, Tyson.

Great price through the Internet that was honored with no difficulty. The staff was prompt, nice, and courteous! The unit was clean and easy to get to with lots of entrances and no need to drive around tight corners.

I reserved a 10x15. When I got there I was told I was going to get TWO 5x15 units which was the same as one 10x15. My furniture would not fit in a 5x15. If I wanted ONE 10x15 it was at a much higher rate. After I became very upset I was given the one 10x15 at a slight higher rate as I had no choice, I had a rental truck full of my items to be out into storage waiting in the parking lot. I was made to feel like she was doing me a favor for giving me what I was promised to begin with at a higher rate! Not good customer service. I choose this Storage based on price, unit size, and where they are located. All of which were a mistake on my part.

Found the space online. Signed up, and received a courtesy call from the manager. Moved in without any problems. The service was friendly and helpful.

Its a great storage facilty, im very pleased with it. The prices are very affordable!
