Bad communication about prices

I had to scramble at the last minute to get a storage unit that one met my size needs and my budget and I was thankfully able to find this unit.

Fast & easy service with more than one option of payment

I like it because it close at 10pm and I have time to go there when I get out of my work and pick up some stuff that I need.

Everything went good but I think they shouldn't say u rent here u can use the truck for free but u have to put down 100 down.

Made everything so simple and easy for my family and myself .We recieved a quote when reserving the storage units by phone, but even better yet went in to the paloverde location and recieved all there promotion discounts and 15% off on top of that .Employee. was friendly , and knowledgeable. Overall experience my satisfaction would be 5 stars all the way.

Had best price in town customer service outstanding. Just in general great experiance overal.

Different, unlike compare to other plases

It was easy to use and very fast.

I brought my homeowners policy to prove contents would be insured but would not be accepted and had to pay an additonal $11 a month. That was very disappointing. I was NEVER advised the policy had to specifically say it convered items at your address.

Had a great time with the Ruben he was very helpful.

I was able to reserve my needed size space at a great rate online. The staff was friendly and the paperwork was easy and fast. I finished loading late, and was glad for the longer site hours. It's good to know I can come in the evenings when it's cooler.

I was very impressed by not having to go over and receive a stack of paper. It was very simple and easy to go over online.

I have used various storage facilities in the past and this was my best experience by far. Friendly courteous and well dressed staff took the time to show me different options around the facility with a clean golf cart. Did not rush my decision and answered most of my questions before I could ask them. This outfit is a class act and I will definitely look for them first in any town the need arises.
