CubeSmart Self Storage - Tucson - 6560 E Tanque Verde Rd

When moving in around 1pm on a Thursday, I had some complications and needed an employees help. Both the light bulbs within my unit were burnt out. My unit is also in the very back lot. It is virtually impossible to get even a small trailer there. I needed them to open the back gate they had padlocked for me to get in. I called them around 15-20 times over the course of several hours (during regular business hours) and no one ever picked up the phone. I needed up calling a neighboring location a few times with the same problem. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen bad customer service, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not as bad as no customer service.

This location doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a full time manager on site and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not posted in the office window so customer could know.

The whole process was super easy and convenient! No hassle, no waiting, etc.! I was able to get the unit and all the access info online, get moved in without an hitch, and continue with the move. It was also easy to access!

Kyle Rosenkranz and Kristine Lister were both incredibly helpful and very professional. Both provided exceptional service and went out of their way to accommodate us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing extra storage.

Its a storage unit. Very nice lady. No problems with understanding how to work the gate. Very nice customer service. No hassles.

The customer service was amazing. Pricing was thoroughly explained and Javier was never too pushy. Javier knew what he was talking about and had a smile on his face the whole time. Overall, great experience!

The location was not easy to find from the street, we went into the haircutting place by mistake but once we found it, it was a very easy process. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time that I have leased storage units, but I was very pleased with the process. The general manager was very helpful and friendly. We were able to move in within 24 hours. The space was nice and clean. The accessibility is great. And security seems good, just had a little trouble finding the main entrance. But I suppose that might be a security perk! Special thanks to Danaye for making the process smooth.
