Let me move in day prior to reservation was very friendly

The sign up and move in was quick and easy.

Danae, the manager, was very personable and helpful when moved in. Have to say the daily calls, emails, texts after I reserved and up until I moved in was way beyond overkill!!! I called back 3 times, but always got a voice mail message. I do not do well with phone tag, so just quit responding after the third time.

Mike is a true asset for your organization. Pleased we selected this location

The part where I put the lock on the door is coming off and when I asked an employee about it he simply said that's not broke and we can change it just not today I'm off in 20 min we can do it a diff day. So I told him how about tomorrow and he said it's Sunday we are only open from 9 to 3 and rolled his eyes . This was my move in day

Just moved in and so far everything is great

We were looking for a small, convenient place to store our items for the summer. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stored my car with CubeSmart before and felt safe while it was there. So decided to come back. I love all the storage unit options! The 5x5 is perfect for us and was super clean for our arrival. Beth was quick and courteous checking my paperwork and explaining the rules. Bonus point, sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also hilarious! Easy to navigate roads with plenty of room for our travel trailer if we need to drive it through. We are very happy with our choice and feel certain that our stuff is secure and safe!

Easy to rent but having to enter 30 characters is a pain

I found the storage unit online, reserved it and got a quick call to confirm. The whole process was easy the facility is nice. Very happy with the storage unit.

The office manager is Personable, helpful and knowledgeable. She made a few relevant suggestions and made everything easy. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage.

Staff was very nice and helpful and accommodating. Only complaint is that our gate code didn't work sometimes and we got stuck, but called and they helped us resolve that.

Cube smart always has great customer service. This is our 3rd time renting with them.

I was impressed with the manager and their professional attitude. No problems on finding the units I was looking for even though he was on loan for the day from his normal office.

Everything is good but you need to let the customer know that aside from the $24 one time fee you will also be charged a minimum of $12 for insurance

Pretty good. I got a decent area for a decent price. I have no complaints.

I found your internet price to be very competitive. The access was excellent even with the 26 foot truck. The space was clean but not as tall as others. I appreciate the double- ended accessibility.

The customer service was excellent between Kelli and Beth, they make a great team! The facility is a little aged and worn down, but overall my experience was great! The price was fair and they were very accommodating to my needs.

They were very professional and very nice! They gave me a ride to look at my unit and a ride back! Very clean inside of unit! Property was very clean as well!

Not the facility I reserved at, but one of their other ones that had the size best suited for me. They were good at working together.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and gave some really good move in tips. There was a misunderstanding about a discounted unit but she was extremely patience and figured it out.

As a first time storage renter I had no idea what to expect and the overall service was great.

Person working was very helpful and positive- answered all my questions. Storage unit itself was clean and well kept.

Get set up. Wonderful staff. Great value. Feel my unit is secure and safe.

Upon filling out paperwork, had to enroll in content insurance as an added charge to the rental charge. This was not specified in the website-the set up fee was but not insurance of 10.00 per month. Expensive.
