I've been storing with them 7 yrs they never let me down until recently I opened up the door there was no lock on it there's a spider in the unit which im definitely afraid of and there was a nasty stuff on the floor that was sleeping over from the neighbor's unit but other than that they're great and the person managing thinking it was just constantly giving me dirty looks as I was starting to lease

Discount that was advertised was not honored I guess I forgot to read the fine print . Advertised one month free AND 40 percent off . But was told when I got there that I could not get the one month free art of deal because I have received that one before

Always clean and kind never over priced

Very good move in, quick and easy. I feel secure in leaving my stuff there because of locks and pincodes to get into the area. I did appreciate the first month free, but at the end of things there were a couple catches to the deal. For example, you have to pay insurance on your stuff even if you don't want to. This made my unit $45 a month instead of $35 which significantly changes the amount of money I wanted to spend on it. Other than that it was great.

This place had a very reasonable price on a 10x10. Move-in was easy, and the unit is a good size (height-wise, as well.) Would recommend for anyone looking for a decent priced unit.

Kevin was the first contact with Cubesmart and he was so gracious to us! Then Sherry was my second contact and she was very sweet and helpful as well! Finally Mike brought it all together by helping us with all the final arrangements! We could not have had better care anywhere else!

Although I had to go to another store to get the paperwork, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t that far and they were so helpful, it was worth the drive. Even though the store was near closing time, the store manager was ver patient with me and the other customers in the store. He took his time explaining everything and provided useful tips. I appreciated HOS customer service and felt like a valued customer.

Rudy V is the store person (associate, manager?). He was very nice, very helpful, I felt relaxed around him to get everything set up. (meaning I never felt rushed, or hurried). I felt everything was explained well. I am very pleased with the entire process.

Unit I rented was as expected. I liked the fact that there were three doors across the front that made for easy access to different ends of my stored goods! Pricing was extremely fair for a unit this size!

The doors to get into the storage unit are small but it's good.

Despite multiple (to the point of annoying) reminder calls and emails of my check in date the on site person seemed very unprepared for my arrival - he wasn't sure of the unit, didn't have the paperwork ready, etc. I ended up spending nearly an hour just getting checked in. He was very pleasant but I really just wanted to get in and out. I was not aware of additional charges for mandatory insurance which was almost a deal breaker. - must be in the very fine print - this is not the case with other storage facilities.
