David and Kevin were great. My husband and I reserved a unit online and were told rudely by Estelle that if we weren't there by 11am we would lose the unit. Luckily, my husband called that morning and told David we had and emergency to deal with and were running late but we were coming and they were professional and understanding. They even offered to push our move in appointment to the next day. They were both professional and courteous. The storage building was clean and kept up. David was able to answer all of our questions and was in tune with our concerns on security.

Property always looks good. Interior space, clean and tidy. I like the way the lights come on when you walk down the hallways. The outside door stays open unless you PULL it closed. I am not comfortable being inside the building when the office is closed. Someone could be hiding in one of the many hallways. Outside door should be fixed.

We met with Ashley at this location. I must say that it was VERY nice to speak with her. She was friendly and polite, she told us all about the different spaces and showed us the one we rented.

I work night shift, I'm frequently up in the middle of the night even on my days off. I could really use 24 hour access. Otherwise, it's close to where I live, it's clean, and the manager was very nice.

I have to say that my experience has been great! I did not encounter any hiccups. Although I do wish that there were a better way to discount for veterans, disabled veterans, all VETERANS! Especially for those of us that are on limited income due to disabilities and for renting MORE than one UNIT!
