Nice, clean an the location of the unit was perfect.

Both employees that I dealt with at the Houghton Rd location in Tucson were friendly and helpful.

The representative who helped me was very professional and thorough.

Just acquired a storage unit and it went very smoothly. I filled out the online information before going to the storage facility and I think that helped it to go smoother. The unit was clean and everything was explained to me. I did have a problem using the app to open the gate but I went back the next day and they made some adjustment to get it to work properly. The alternate key pad entry method was fine.

Extremely pleased with Alec. He was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Easy to reserve. Manager is wonderful very helpful & knowledgeable.

Was able to sell all my items before they went to storage. Thus, the unit was never used. Public Storage would not refund any charges or the brand new locking device, that was never used.

The people that work at our storage facility make it the best ever!

I think that with facilities like this the most important thing is obviously the cleanliness and security, which both are great in this location! I only dealt with one staff member, but they were friendly and actually know what customer service is and that is hard to find these days!

I had an excellent experience working with Bella at Public Storage. Very easy reservation process and the storage unit is the perfect size for my needs. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs to store their household items.

We chose Public Storage because it was nearby. We signed the contract because the woman behind the counter (Ayisha) was cordial, knowledgeable and customer friendly.

So far I am impressed with Public Storage. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My storage unit is clean and in a secure location. I think I made a wise choice going with Public Storage.

Easy on-line reservation and received an automated and voice call confirmation. At the site; easy electronic registration - paperless, as well as the auto payment process. However, was as surprise that I had to buy the preferred lock at the site & unable to get a partial reimbursement at the end of my lease. Easy access and clean facility.

We are extremely satisfied with Public Storage. We rented a temperature control unit because we wanted to make sure none of our items would get damaged by the heat. We received great service from Tara. We had never rented a storage unit before and she was fantastic explaining everything to us. Public Storage is very clean and managed very well. Security is great! Would recommend Public Storage at Harrison and Broadway to family, friends and complete strangers.

We have been utilizing Public Storage on Houghton for several months. Aysha, Property manager, has been very helpful with all needs and Jon stepped in and assisted when we needed a second unit. They were able to find units next to each other for ease of access as we prepare for a big move to another state. Thanks guys for making one part our moving adventure a little less stressful.

I am sastified with the storage unit, have never had any issues. The only thing was the price increase after I was there after 1 year, you would think my fee would stay the same when newer rentals prices were increased. I guess its there way of saying now that we have you here its gonna cost you more.
