Public Storage - Tucson - 3851 N Romero Rd

Randomly decided to store my vehicle at the last minute when I had already left Tucson. Diana was SO helpful, told me EXACTLY what needed to happen for a friend to drop off the car and personally made sure what I selected online was sufficient for my needs. Everything went seamlessly and could not have asked for a better experience. Love dealing with people who know their job and do it well!!

I don't like the location but at least the staff is friendly

checked facility yesterday, come back today - will move my RV in on March 5th. Everything looks new and very clean!

Friendly, courteous staff answered my questions and called me back immediately. The lot is clean, organized. I feel safe leaving my car there.

Great simple service. They were thorough and clear about their pricing, sizes and security. They showed us multiple units until they knew we were completely satisfied with one. first time having to get a storage unit but they made it pain free and easy.

I had to find a space to store my vehicle for a month and I found this location to be perfect. It's secure, safe and I like the location. The manager I talked to was really helpful and professional. I feel confident knowing that my things will be safe here.. Good service!

Positive experience. Chas was there and she worked the agreement quickly and with those personal touches. Thank you dear! As well, the site is easy to get to, laid out well. I was caught off guard with the door size. The smaller units have a single wide door. Not the roll-up. Had to move some stuff that had to be turned to get through the door. Still worked and I'm happy.

Every bit of the process getting my storage unit was pleasant. I was able to find the storage I needed fast and the staff was very friendly and kept in contact throughout the process making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend public storage. It's safe, secure, convenient and clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

You know what my nickname is and you now know where I get the best practice when packing it at "Public Storage" so I can have some space here at home.
