Best location in town great reps working there

From the moment I reserved the unit online to the moment I decided to actually get the unit Karen was extremely professional, nice, and helpful. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure if the original unit was going to be big enough but, without hesitation Karen offered to show me both units; the one I reserved and one a little bigger. Since the next one up was pricier than I cared to pay, Karen took the time to help me search for a bigger unit elsewhere at a lesser price. I ended up just going with the one I had reserved online. Before leaving Karen made sure my gate code worked and walked me to my unit and showed me the different ways to access it from different doors. All in all I was very pleased with her professionalism and her attention to the customers.

Desk person was very nice. She was even nice to the crazy old man who rudely interrupted my transaction and demanded service. There was a small error on my bill, but it was corrected within an hour after just ONE phone message, impressive.

The service I received at Public Storage was prompt and professional. The facilities were clean and the security appeared to be completely adequate. The price does tend to rise as you go through the leasing process -- buying the lock, insurance, and the administrative fee can add up. Other than that, using Public Storage has been great.

No problems with renting a storage unit for a short period of time. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that customers are not told that they have to have renters insurance and buy a P.S. lock. The $1 rent for one month ends up being more then that....administration fee, lock fee, and insurance.

Tony and his crew always go out of their way to make me feel at home and welcome. They go to great lengths to help me out and are super responsive. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Public Storage location because of the staff.
