I had an excellent experience with the set up and transition. I have rented with them in the past and keep coming back to them because of service and reliability.

The staff at the local public storage have always been helpful and kind. I have called numerous times about the lack of carts at the facility....like for the past three or four years, yet no additional carts have surfaced.

Nice please cool clean, not too many carts around had to go looking for one. The light bulb is out in the unit not a big deal. I would recommend this place to anybody.

My sister and I both dealt with Kevin, the manager at public storage, property #27010. He spent time with each if us on different visits, giving us his time, information, full attention and details we needed. He helped me coordinate a multi state move during which I could not be available to handle the end destination, but my sister could. He handled the paperwork and details which allowed this to happen. Both of us would give him and the property 5 stars.

Negative: Unit was not swept and dust covered all 4 walls. Roof insulation coming loose in some of the units we looked at but they offered to duct tape the tears prior to leasing. You must always exit car and walk to key-code panel in order to open gate. Positive: Staff (Elaina and Kevin) were always courteous and forthcoming with info and advice. Online reservation is simple to navigate. Auto-debit for monthly billing is very convenient. Secure gate access is comforting.

Easy to get to nice office staff very helpful

Jon, the manager, was very helpful with getting us a storage space that would work for our needs. The place looked nice, and well maintained and it felt secure. The grounds are designed right, the moving semi-truck had no problems getting in and out of the complex.

The girl Sam who helped me was great and she new her job. Very personal and professional.If I had a business I would hire her.I was in and out in 20 min.love my experience.thank you Sam.sherry shew

The staff are excellent. The size of the rented space and cost are fantastic. I only find it inconvenient to have to get in/out of my car to enter the gate code

I recently inquired about a unit at this location and the staff was very helpful,professional, as well as personable. I had looked into different storage companies in the area for my upcoming move and all occasions the staff I spoke with were so helpful. I ultimately chose this location after speaking with Kevin, who was completely AWESOME!! .He really knew his stuff. I have already recommended this location to many of my friends and family in the area. As long as the current staff is there I will not go to another storage facility.

I made an online reservation and got a call from Rebekah not even 5 minutes later. I set up a time to come in and go over everything for the next day. I went in and met with Rebekah who showed me my unit went over everything I would need and explained all the pricing and insurance to me. I was also introduced to the District Manager Wes who was also very welcoming and efficient in getting all my paperwork finished. It was quick, easy, and painless to rent a unit here. I would highly recommend this location. The property is secure and clean and the staff are professional and knowledgeable.
