When doing business with anyone, once the details of pricing and the basic understanding of the terms and conditions of the contract are taken care of, the most important thing for me is customer service and the people that provide that service. But how do you know at first glance in a business/contractual relationship if as a customer you will be well served? You don't - knowing this in any kind of relationship takes time and deeds. I've been using Rita Ranch Self Storage and U-Haul since 2011 and can say without hesitation their customer service is first class! Priscilla, Mark, and Patrick have handled all my small and big problems over the years with caring, concern, understanding, fairness and at times, with the greatest of patience. I could not be more satisfied! I would recommend Rita Ranch Self Storage and U-Haul to anyone, it's clean, the pricing is competitive and staff are GOOD people!
