I had the best first impression of this location. After shopping for a couple units, I ended up at this location because of the easy of location. Once I walked through the door, I was greeted with an amazing smile and heart felt HELLO! India(the amazing associate)offered plenty of information about the facility that made me want to check out what they had to offer. I ended up with a 10x10 climate controlled unit that not only fit my needs and budget, but was easy to access. Between the extremely long passcode to get through the gate, there was more security to get inside the climate controlled unit. ONLY "negative" I would say would be that I HAD to purchase their special lock instead of being able to use one I already owned. $10 later, not really a big deal for the overall experience. Happy and satisfied customer!

Storage direct was convenient and hassle free. I was moving from out of state and I needed a storage unit in advance of coming here. The staff was very communicative they called me to let me know when the unit was ready and that they would be there when I checked in. The check-in process went very quickly the unit was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
