I rented that place one the price wasn't bad but two the manager there over the phone and in person was very professional and very simple the following your guidelines of renting !

We were told that if we got to the locker before 10:00 PM we could unload our stuff. We were on a 600 mile trip and got caught in a Ha-boob(heavy rain and wind.) We didn't know the layout of the place and needless time was wasted. I was nearly done offloading 75 boxes when the Property Mgr. approached us and demanded why we were "trespassing?" I explained the situation and I would be done in less than five mins. I arrived at 9:35 PM. The Property Mgr refused to open the exit gate and I had to back up the truck and trailer all the way to the front gate. I was totally confused at the attitude of the Property Mgr. This was a difficult task as I am not adept to driving a trailer. I showed my ID and the Property Mgr checked and noted we were new? He should have been told we were on our way. I apologized profusely to which the Property Mgr exclaimed "we cancel leases for these type of violations." I was astounded! I'm not upset but the communication issues were exasperated as the Property Mgr added that the phone center wasn't very clear? Up until this point everyone we had contact with in setting up the lease was great. Again, communication wasn't as good as it could have been.

Thanks to Josh who greeted me in the office and explained the procedure and necessary steps to confirming the rental. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt confident with the storage facility.
