Storage King USA - 090 - Tuscon, AZ - Fort Lowell Rd

From reservation to move-in was very easy. My husband is disabled, so once in the basement, it was a bit of a walk to the unit, in middle of the bldg, otherwise good experience! Nichole, Manager, was friendly, considerate and prompt! This facility is kept clean! Would recommend this facility.

Very smooth move in. Went through the lease with me and explained all the pertinent articles. I had reserved a small unit. Helped me convert to a drive up space for a vehicle too. Saved me money and I now have an indoor spot for my truck

I was surprised about how clean the facility is and how kind the person (Nichole) who helped us is.

I got this on price ($38) and should have known better. I arrived at my unit and the tag on it said latch was in working condition. No, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. I know how this latches work and this one didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. I called the office and as soon as I started to leave a message the message ended because the voicemail was full. No directions or signs to follow to find unit, arrows or signs would be helpful. Being open on a Monday or having an on site manager would be helpful. Some buzzers placed so people could talk to office without having to walk to office would be helpful. Having handicapped parking closer to C door instead of behind building would be helpful. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going to find another place, good thing I came here before movers did or Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have lost an hour or so ($209 per hour) trying to rectify this. I want my $81.13 back! Sincerely, very unhappy camper.

Very rude young girl working in office moving in someone locked out unit ran after then to say u locked wrong unit fir department was there person locked in elevator. Got to my unit and someone has stolen my belongings my son passed away and the things I had left of him were there gone . They refused to watch back videos to see who took it I called corporate let many emails letting them k ow I just wanted my sons belongings that all I had left of my baby. And never do much as a reply . Never again

I love the whole facility but the new building is great! The locks could be cheaper, and gate hours a little later then 7. But it's great as it is.staff is really great.

The facility had my.reservation ready. The buildings and property very clean and safe. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I went back to my unit. Everything was spotless and they actually had hand carts for customers to use! Not to mention it was 1/3 the price of the unit I just moved out of which was outside and not climate controlled. Storage King rocks!

I've used other storage units over the years and on day 1 I could see Storage King far surpasses all the rest. Also, everyone I've talked to there are friendly and say the same things. Thank you STORAGE KING!!!

Best storage facility Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had. Super clean great staff and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a picky person. We go a mix up in the beginning and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re put in the wrong unit but we were helped right away and out into the correct one width no hassle.

Low price and excellent service. Both people who helped me answered all of my questions. Easy entry and drop off of stuff. Love that I have an indoor, climate controlled space.

Vary nice and professional staff

The price was the best in town. Inside, climate controlled unit. It was busy when we got there and quite a bit of trash in the parking lot from all of the activity. One elevator was down, but overall a nice facility!

I had a previous storage unit reserved at a different company upon arrival I was not impressed with the area or the people so I kept on driving. I looked up for storage unit near my new home and I was lucky enough to find Storage King

Manager Christopher Early is very kind and helpful. It was easy to deal with transfer to bigger size and he is very patient. The facility E Fort Lowel Rd , Tucson, this storage is very clean and pricing is very reasonable. I already recommended to my friends.

This says unit 90. But that is not my unit. Mine is 21.

We had a good experience. The manager was pleasant and helpful. Most of the storage units are in a building located in the back of the property and it can be pretty time consuming getting in and out of your unit. Especially if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re unit is located in the basement. Just a heads up.

I made a reservation for a smaller unit, and when seeing it, realized I needed something larger. I was helped by Dolores, who was so nice, and showed me three other options, then found a promotional discount that was very good. The facility is cooled nicely, clean, and accessible. This is my first storage experience, and I was very pleased!
