They went above and beyond helping us out. We were in Ohio and our son was moving out and we needed some extra space. We were able to get a same day rental and they fully accommodated even with a a dog house!
Unhappy reserved
I am the one that reserved a unit with them for a deal spare foot offered...And because my secondary contact was also a secondary on his father's unit...:They completely exed my name outta the unit as it's renter, and Put my secondarys name, and his father's names on my unit. And legally that really shouldn't be possible. But because I had my secondary contact go to finalize purchasing the unit, and giving his i.d. now my name is no where on my own storage unit. And I'm Really unhappy, but due to moving, and lack of any other option....I put my stuff into a unit, that they better not prevent me from getting any of my stuff back out of.

I spent some time price shopping for storage units and I found Tucson Self Storage to have most everyone beat. (There was 1 or 2 that had a lower price but they were so far and not as nice) The folks at Tucson Self Storage were friendly and informative. The grounds were clean as well as the unit itself. I am confident my stuff is safe at thier facility.
