The staff are amazing very pleasant and accommodating their restrooms are very clean and smell good (very important) I like that they have two different size carts to use and there drive up easy access key pad makes it easier to enter and exit I don't have to get out of the car and walk up every time I'm coming or going... Very Nice

Joanne the manager helped us and was very friendly, I enjoyed speaking with her the whole time. The facility is all inside so during our move, which felt like the hottest day in February, we weren't burning up inside, it was very cool. There's also dollies and an elevator so being 6 months pregnant I didn't have to carry or strain. Easiest move.

This location is very good and have very friendly customer service, but it lacks in cleanliness. And the aisles are also dark and the moving sensors sometimes don't work well. Besides that, I would recommend their services since their price is incompatible.

everything is great. the manager talks alot nd knows the business very well. the down side is there are only three carts availalble and they are only to be used while the office is open and you have to check them out from the office with collateral.

Moving in was a seamless experience. Every one I had contact with was very helpful and did all they could to make it a stress free day. Joanne was very competent and the day I came in she was very busy and handled each person with care and respect. Robert was a really nice man too. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. It was very clean and secure. The use of the truck was a life saver.

Once finding this facility, the staff was a joy to work with! JoAnne was such a life saver! She made the process sooooo easy, quick, and understandable. Her paperwork was clear, concise, and made for easy understanding of a contract. She really went the extra mile to be sure I got the space that I needed and made it very easy for move in. This facility also has the use of a free truck for use for move in that also saved big on costs! I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends and family! If you use A-American Self Storage in Buena Park, CA; please tell them you saw my review!

It seems fine. It's more money than I wanted to spend but I have more crap than I intended after moving out of a huge house into a single bedroom so it's going to take some time to downsize. The storage space itself is a bit awkward too and the access is annoying.

My experience with A-American was supurb for finding a unit that would work to handle my special storage needs. Jo-Ann, the attendant there was very knowledgeable, professionally communicative, and above all, friendly and helpful for assisting me in finding just the right unit to store my furnishings. I'm a bit frustrated here in the ranking for time on paperwork because I had many questions which Jo-Ann thoroughly answered and I wouldn't EVER want she or anyone else there to feel pressure for some "ranking" in and with time, to otherwise want or feel pressure to sluff their customer's off. Jo-Ann took her time with me and this is in fact WHY I gave her 5 stars for this catagory! Kudos to you Jo-Ann and deepest of thanks!
