Good helpful service I recommend it for people that need a good storage that's good in customer service and very convenient awesome job facility manager thank you!

Angel has been awesome and has been very courteous for the time that I had arrived here. Her manager was also helpful understood everything from a to z contract was basically straightforward and the terms are very fair plus I saw my storage was very clean and it suited me for what I needed for it to do so the very day that I saw the unit I purchased it to get the unit secured and it helps to keep my stuff secured for the time being so I can get myself together and not have spare space for my stuff and this saves the day!

It is a pretty good establishment.

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like the elevator I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like the lighting The door locks all look like they have been tampered with at one time. The razor wire on the fence gives me pause I think Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve made a mistake

Isabel assisted me during my move-in, and you couldn't as for a better person. She was very nice, helpful and explained the process in detail. The facility was clean and straight forward. They do have a dolly available, so bring your ID if you need it. I only wish the gate hours were later. Thumbs up!!

Nice storage unit clean and affordable

should have gotten a storage space a long time ago.

We used the truck to unload everything. It is a clean place, they were fast getting us in the system and ready to Go.

I needed a storage unit for an emergency move out and was able to book two different sized units immediately. I was able to see them as soon as I arrived and move in was same day with no wait. I was informed the switching sizes or floors would be no problem if needed. Also half of the smaller units are located indoors and its very clean inside. The problem iv had with the last unit(which was not this facility)was how dusty and dirty my things got over time. So im thinking that will not happen here

I needed to rent unit while iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m In the precess of selling my momﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s house and moving somewhere else. The request process was very quick and Julie called me a few minutes later to complete the process. The facility is very clean and units are very nice. I will say thank goodness for the cart. It saved me. Thank you Julie for your help.

the lady helping me was very friendly. The storage space was clean. I just wonder how hot the space will get in the summer. The elevator seemed to be working good.And there was a cart to help move your things on site. I liked it.

Good customer service and good deals

We were searching affordable storage units in Anaheim and found this unit on SpareFoot.com and called to reserve the unit. The day before we were scheduled to move in, we had to make some last minute changes. Sandy, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful and super accommodating and willing to work with our situation. This storage is awesome and affordable!

Went in to rent a storage unit the couple working there were very nice and helped me choose a unit perfect in size .

Customer service was outstanding and the storage was ok, not the price I was hoping for no free month, might move my things next month. To a cheaper place, I was in a hurry.

I called about 5 days ago to secure this unit and to reserve the free move-in truck (thinking it might not be possible, because it was so last minute), but I was quickly accommodated with great prices and customer service. Yesterday was move in day, and I have to say it was the easiest move I've ever done (I move ALOT)! The truck was easy and reliable to use, the return was simple and quick. The facility is well maintained and we had the ability to use a lift and flat dolly's on the premises to make our move a lot easier! I have stored my belongings at a few other facilities and I must say, so far I am already happier with Storage West!

I had a great experience, I was treated very well, and also felt welcomed.
