This place is really nice and feels safe

First time storage renter, I liked the online option to reserve my unit in advance. It was very quick to check in. Kevin was very nice and walked me to the unit to check it out before we got started. He explained everything very well in about 15 minutes. The space was as described, easy to get to, and at a fair price. I have already recommended two of my friends for the Stanton location. Great experience.

I like it there they do a good job. Place is pretty clean and easy to deal with. I wish my unit had better lighting and money is always going to be tight but with high demand for these units I'm not going to complain too much.

I'll be honest and say that the deal I got for the storage unit was great compared to other companies, however for some reason maybe my timing but 2 days later all of a sudden everything goes on sake for even less even thought I received the "last one" of that size. No complaints really, staff is friendly and very helpful, just an odd coincidence:)

It really was easy, and The gut was super nice and made sure I understood everything.

This storage facility was everything I needed to make my move less stressful!

The people that work there are amazing at what they do. They provide great customer service and explain all the different sizes they have to offer at a affordable price. Highly recommend buying a lock from their facility if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have your own. The organization and cleanest of the area is amazing. Overall great experience and pretty straightforward.

From the moment of coming in to decide on 2 units to finishing the move in, the front desk was great customer service and helped out a lot. we used their big truck for the move and it went smooth, only aching back and legs from moving. I would highly recommend this storage place.

Storage in LA is expensive, so the best I can say is the prices here are decent. Front desk lady was really nice and helpful.

If they were moving in or near Stanton, I would recommend them. But for me not living in the area, it's a long drive for me now.

I was able to get my unit in no time. The guy that helped me was very easy-going, friendly, and explained everything clearly. For my first time renting a storage unit, I had a great experience.

I do have an out door storage c204 because of the dump next to you all my stuff is covered in dust. I move my stuff in and out a lot and the dust accumulates fast. I am hoping the new in door storage doesn't have the same problem. I feel I should have been given a discount since I now have two storages with you.

Syvil is great. Very through and easy to communicate with. The process was smoother than I expected.

Great experience so far. Very accessible with lift for large items and hand carts available. Clean and well- managed facility.

Sparefoot was so easy to use and they help you out with everything. It took a 3 minute phone call to set it all up. Plus, the instorage facility was great.

Mike was very helpful. More people need to have Mikes service skills! Everything was very easy and mike worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted.

Don't take your dog with you. The managers are dog lovers and they invite you in the office with the dog, then offer treats... I never eat "MarroBone" , but Buster got two..he likes it.. This is all great if you have plenty of time. On the other hand, the good price makes up for the time we spent there. Just leave the dog home.

Moved in was great, though very tiresome. Free truck usage was awesome. Mike was very helpful. Facility was gorgeously clean and secure. Moved in price was reasonable. So far, I'm glad I'm here.

i dont have much storage facility experience but all i can say is the staff is great the facility is clean and please dont change a thing.

too early to summarize and give a fair and full audit of the experience at this faciliity in question i ..i will however provide my thoughts seems that the unit was listed as a first floor so led me to beleive i would drive in or roll somethings in on the wagon .but now that i took a lii better look as what seemingly was all uphill andthen to enter a unit i beleive 3rd level drive up to the entry to my new building to go down but not 1 but 2 hallways near the end to get a door so i may pack my things in and hope not to need to retrieve anything i hope i the near future. because that would be a bit of a job initself .... moral buyer beware its my fault i should have looked first and also at the obtions and the wider selections ( with roll up door.unit for my ease off use of unit ) also other adds etc. of course i will leave my note at that. its water under the bridget carries life down stream so ill

They are courteous and helpful; even though they're specials were no longer available, they honored the rate at which I saw on sparefoot.com! A pleasure to experience as far a storage may be.

We had a 10x10 unit for over 2 years here but we had to move to a smaller apartment so I went in the office and asked if they have another 10x10 close to mine. They had one only 15 feet away on the same floor. But the manager told me if I'm willing to transfer my old things to a 10x20 I could have everything in one space and still save some money because a 10x20 costs $ 30 less than two 10x10s. It took us an entire day to move in the new stuff and transfer the old, but now we don't have to remember what is where, because everything is together, plus the cost is less. Thanks, Mike, we appreciate it.

I have had a unit with them for 12 years, they are the nicest most pleasant and professional people I have ever dealt with, you will not regret renting from them

Although I rented online, when i got there they did not have the size or outside roll up that i had booked..., however, Mike got me a great deal and even had someone there to help me unload my truck, (I'm a senior with no help) all in all...it worked out great and I can't say enough about how kind and helpfull Mike was..

Manager is a bit grumpy but female employee stayed late for me to be able to fill out paper work and went out of her way to be helpful. Can't beat the half price special if you only need for a short time and the free truck saved me a fortune!! They didn't even charge me mileage and it was over 100 miles round trip only cost me $40 in gas !! only negative is gate hours end at 6:30 even though it states 7:15 and unit is supposed to be 5x10 more like 5x8.5 but overall great for $39 a month to bad price doesn't last!
